11 Apr - Specialized Fresh Service Open (a.k.a.: Fresh Service)

We're launching Specialized Fresh Service on 11 Apr to safely deliver your fresh grocery even during the hot summer.
* About Specialized Fresh Service
Specialized Fresh Service is a special delivery service which keeps temperature at a proper level during the WHOLE delivery process so that the item can be delivered to the customer’s home safely and in its best conditions.
Fresh Service will minimize the package’s exposure to the ambient temperature from the arrival at a terminal, through loading, flight, and waiting at a terminal, to departure from a terminal, so that the package can be delivered safely and in its best condition in all seasons.
- Additional charge: HKD10 / KGS covered by Fresh Service
(Even when a combined package includes both normal packages and Fresh Service packages, this additional charge will only apply to the Fresh Service package.)
- A customer who wants to use Fresh Service must request it at least one day before the package arrives at our warehouse in Korea.
- Temperature set in flight and terminal: 2~5°C (handled by airlines)
- Fresh Service not available on Saturday
** Even in case Fresh Service is not requested, fresh grocery can be delivered using general cool service. In this case, please beware that some part of the whole delivery process can have the package exposed to the ambient temperature.
